ALTER CHESS

ALTER CHESS is an anime-style strategy game that combines classic chess gameplay with the unique powers of elemental characters.

Players choose an Arcane Master, a character endowed with elemental powers such as fire, ice, or nature. Each Arcane Master has unique abilities that can dramatically alter the course of the match.

In addition to traditional chess strategies, players can use their Arcane Master's elemental powers to freeze enemy pieces, block board tiles, or immobilize opponents' pieces. These powers are used to win the game by rendering the enemy king unable to move—just like in classic chess.
